Delete your WhoZapp account

How to permanently delete your WhoZapp account and the data associated with it.

WhoZapp is a marketplace for local services, operated by WhoZapp. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time — you don't need the app installed to make the request.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@whozapp.net from the email address on your WhoZapp account, with the subject Delete my account. We verify the request comes from your account email, then delete your data.

What gets deleted

When your request is processed, we permanently remove:

your account and sign-in credentials;
your profile and specialist details (name, about, address, languages);
your service listings and photo galleries;
reviews you have written;
your chat messages, voice messages and uploaded photos;
your device and push-notification tokens.

What may be kept, and for how long

Data	Retention
Account and personal data listed above	Deleted within 30 days of a verified request
Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. for tax, fraud-prevention or dispute records, where applicable)	Kept only for the period the law requires, then deleted
Backups	Purged on our normal backup rotation, no later than 90 days

Content that is inherently shared — for example a message you sent to another person — is removed from your account; the copy in the other person's conversation follows their own data and our retention rules.
